Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo & Maestro credit and debit card payments. Your card will be authorised and charged at checkout, however if the item/s you have ordered are backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date and you will be given the choice of waiting for the arrival of the goods or receiving a full refund. You may also pay by direct bank transfer and we are happy to accept PayPal payments sent to sales at musictrack.co.uk (replace at with @ sign).
Shipping And Handling - UK
Our standard delivery charge for UK orders is £10 (including VAT) for orders of less then £195, and £4.50 for orders less than £100 in value.
Shipping for orders over £50 in value is either via DPD or Signed For/Special Delivery post, otherwise by Royal Mail First Class Post.
Shipping And Handling - Europe
Our standard delivery charge for European orders is £12.50
Shipping will usually be by Internation Tracked and Signed mail.
We normally ship your order the same working day if in stock and received by 14:00, or next working day if received after 14:00. Sometimes a delay is unavoidable but if we are not able to ship within 3 working days we will contact you.
If your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
20% VAT is included on all sales where applicable.
If you are outside the UK but are VAT-registered in another EU country (or outside of the EU), please contact us at sales at musictrack.co.uk (replace the at with @) or on 01767 313447 so that we can arrange a VAT-free sale.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All new products come with a standard 12 month return to base warranty.
If you need to return an item for any reason please contact us first. Once we have determined the reason for your return we will issue the appropriate returns reference. Please do not send any items back without a returns reference. They may not be accepted.
