Intermittent Faults: in order to be able to diagnose and repair any problem, we need to be able to reproduce it within one hour of use. For this reason we cannot undertake to repair faults that take longer than one hour to show up.
Please note we only accept MOTU products for repair from the UK and Ireland. For other countries, please see MOTU's list of distributors to find a contact for your country.
